We Produce Microgreens?

We strongly believe Prevention is better than cure. So we started working on what we eat and drink. Mostly the food we are getting now grows thousands of miles away. So the vegetables are harvested unripen, added preservatives, traveled thousands of miles and stored in cold storage’s for durability of the produce.

During this whole process, the produce loses 50% to 60% of nutrients. Most of the farms in New Jersey are open seasonally because of weather restrictions. So we decided to produce high-quality Microgreens as part of our responsibility towards our community. Now we proudly announce we are growing Microgreens 365 days a year.

Microgreens can be grown from many different types of seeds.

The most popular varieties are produced using seeds from the following plant families.

Microgreens have a wide range of flavors, ranging from mild to spicy, mildly sour to bitter, depending on the variety. Their flavor is generally described as robust and intense.
